After grilling honey-marinated chicken, maple syrup marinated pork loin and many other meats, my grates were pretty clogged. I decided to try the Grill Grate brush. I was amazed at how clean the grates were after 1 cleaning. They really looked good and the brush is 5 star.

Was honestly skeptical but then amazed! Cleanest my grill has been since it was new. Washed the pad with dawn dish soap and we are good to go for the next cleaning! Love The Rescue Grill cleaner!

It’s a nice product

This is the first oppurtunity to use the grill grate brush with scraper and I couldn't be happier with your product. First, the scrub brush fits perfectly between the grooves of my grill grates and cleans the grates better than brush you buy from the producer, which tends to spray the residue all over you when you're cleaning between each batch of barbecue you're cooking. The scraper part also fits perfectly to scrape the burnt residue on top and between the grates, especially when your sauce has sugar in it, which typically gets burnt onto the grates, making cleaning a b***ch but this was much easier. Makes cleaning between grilling, after grilling much easier and my clothes, apron aren't splattered with burnt residue from the grill. Thank you, will definitely recommend them and I'm glad I bought extra scraper head but I'm sure will last longer than the Original Grill Grate Brush. Keep up the good work.

My grill grates were pretty covered in residues from grilling, such as char from honey marinated chicken. pork chops, and sausages. All the valleys were pretty full and most holes were plugged. After the first time I used the brush, and after 4 years of grilling/scraping, the grates were almost as clean as when they were new. Totally amazing!

Love the product, however customer service needs some work. Hang in there.

Did not get my hole order, and contacted them twice. I even sent a picture of what was in the box. I will never order through this company again and I will let my friends and family know.

This is ok. It’s not as impressive as I had hoped. Plus I price is a higher than others that are just as good

I ordered this product on 6/6/24 as part of their Father’s Day sale. I haven’t received any tracking updates, so on 6/16/24 I reached out about the products I ordered. The response was a bunch of excuses and “You will receive a tracking link by the next week at the absolute latest.” That was a lie because I didn’t. I reached out again on 6/18/24 and 6/26/24 requesting a refund and to cancel my order with no response. I finally receive tracking information on 7/3/24 and a response on 7/8/24 saying my order shipped so I can’t get a refund. My order was delivered on 7/10/24. I paid $14.92 for shipping!!! It should not have taken more than a month for my package to be delivered. I will never buy for this company again. Way overpriced for what you get and terrible customer service.

Slow receiving the product. Placed my order before Father’s day just received last week and still missing the dunk tank. Still have not received confirmation on it being shipped out. Have not actually used the product since we are missing tank. Cant wait to actually give my husband his Fathers Day gift once the tank actually ships and arrives.

Product great. Ordering and shipping terrible. Waiting almost 2 months for something that was “in stock”. Paid extra for expedited shipping and when it didn’t come, asked for a refund of the expensive shipping and the response I got from the company didn’t even mention my question.
