Like every other product I’ve ever purchased from Rescue Company, these gloves are just as advertised, and they WORK! They remind me of my old bunker gloves from the fire dept days (but WAY more comfortable) and comfort truly is a factor in the selection of buying BBQ gloves. Unfortunately the tops of the gloves melted while moving my grate. They weren’t exposed to flame so I didn’t think twice about grabbing the hot grate. Temperature gage for grill was around 375-400. Waiting on Customer Service to handle which has not been great this far. Will update review after.

The fit is a little snug. Personally I feel the flat is upside down and the union should be on the thumb side. Shipping also took a while.
As for purpose of the glove, they do a great job protecting from heat and allow for decent dexterity.

Update: I am 100% for helping support small businesses hence the reason I paid $40 for a pair of gloves but I feel there is a serious flaw in the sizing. I don’t have the biggest of hands but not the smallest. I cannot get my hands in them at all and are basically useless to me.

These gloves are awesome. Being firefighter, they are made with the same material as firefighter gloves. They definitely protect your hands while grilling and they are thin enough that you can maneuver your fingers easily and pick up smaller items unlike others that don’t allow that flexibility. Additionally, they are stylish. If you’re looking for new gloves, look no more, you won’t be disappointed.

WAY TOO SMALL! They fit my woman hands and my husband couldn’t get them last the palms of his hands. They also took a long time to ship. I’ve got them out of the original package and now I can’t return. Really irritating cause I’ve loved all their products until now. Need better sizing S/M or L/XL
