This was a replacement head due to an issue with the original head. It was past the warranty period but the customer service team provided a replacement and was fantastic to deal with. I will continue to use and support this company. Thank you!

Cleans my grill perfectly

My husband and brother absolutely love the Grill Rescue products!! Repeat customer.

These grill brushes are the absolute best for my gas grill. Most importantly, no more shredding wires! After grilling my food, I crank up the temperature while the grill is still hot for a few extra minutes, then scrape off any food chunks with the scraper and wipe with the wet brush. Done and ready for the next time!

I have sent 3 emails requesting to stop these deliveries but they just keep coming. Very poor communication channels with Grill Rescue are available to speak to a live person since they obviously don’t read the emails they instruct a user to send. Not a good situation and very frustrating!!!

Using these on my black stone griddle works great. DO NOT USE THE METAL SCRAPER ON A GRIDDLE. The metal scraper works best on a grill if you have to use it. I really like the cleaning heads.

No more wire pieces in our food. Grill rescue gives me peace of mind knowing I don’t have to look out for wire bristle pieces.

Somehow auto enrolled in new cleaning heads and can’t unenroll

Fast easy delivery, only complaint I have cleaning heads won’t stay attached to my handle won’t lock in. Changed to different heads all won’t lock in have I guess 1st generation handle maybe a issue with matching the clips

Very happy with the product and the customer service. This is worth the investment. Makes w big difference when cleaning the grill.

Doesn’t work

Grill heads do not last long enough quite disappointing

This was a gift and he LOVES the scrapper. In fact, this is his second one. He asked for this scapper because he used the first one so much that it wore out!

I have really enjoyed the grill rescue brush! It has made cleaning the grill much easier and safer. My 1st cleaning head wore out quickly (operator error), but I reached out to customer service and they sent me a new grill bush instantly. The new cleaning head arrived quick with no charge. I was super impressed with the customer service and now that I know how to use appropriately, I haven’t had any issues! Good product and good people!!!

Works great but holds a lot of the grease from my blackstone and it is hard to get it cleaned off. Great idea and product, but would be a 5* if they were 2 or 3 for 20 on the interchangeable sponges

Be careful of this company! I have asked repeatedly for them to cancel my auto ship. The first time I asked to cancel was in March. It’s SEPTEMBER and I just received another shipment. The company still has not confirmed they have cancelled my auto ship.

I have both Grill Grate and Giddle cleaning pads and they are Awesome. I would recommend these for everyone and get away from wire brushes.

I have a Hestan BBQ and the Grill Rescue tools are PERFECT for the laser cut grill's flat surface. No metal brushes and the material gets the grill surface in perfect condition for another meal prep.

Works great but can’t withstand the high cleaning heat that I was anticipating.

The wire-less BBQ cleaner is fantastic. In short: I LOVE IT!!! No more small, loose, potential wires from the BBQ brush to be weary of every time you take a bite of your burgers. Ok, you may say it is not a common occurrence. I agree but there still a chance to happen to you. Why take it?

I love how well this cleans the grill without having to worry about grill brush bristles. I think the grill rescue cleans better than a traditional grill brush, and it takes less effort.

No more dangerous grill brush wires for us. Get your grill super hot. The hotter the better. Use the soaked head to get it nice and clean. Just that easy.

Tried the scrubbers on my pellet smoker after spending money on sprays and wire brushes. These make cleanup much easier and faster!

solid product. a bit pricey but probably worth it. will report back in 6 months on the longevity of the grill brush and heads

This review is more customer service oriented. One of the tabs on the replaceable head broke and wouldn't stay securely in my handle. I wrote to GrillRescue, sent them a pic and they sent a replacement head ASAP! Now I was only expecting the regular head, but got one with the scraper and I'm now, more than ever, really excited to use it once I can stand again! Just had knee replacement BTW but thays besides the point. Told them I'd write a review once I got the product so here it is!! I love these brushes, had it for a few years and recommended it to everyone. Keep up the great product!

Love them, I purchased them before but wore them out so I needed some replacements.

This product is great! I have 2 kids and don't want to risk a trip to the hospital because of metal ending up in their food!

Ordered two replacement heads. They only sent one. It took three weeks for it to show up. The second one did show up fairly quickly.

Love the scrapper. Best one I have ever had.

I had such success with the first one, I bought another, but this one also has a scraping bar on the front of the grill rescue. Nothing cleans my grill faster or better than these two. Now while the original is in the dishwasher, I have a backup!

Love the new cleaning head. Does a great job. This is my first time ordering it with the scraper head which makes it even more effective

Wouldn't use anything else

Excellent product. Keeps the grill clean without worrying about steel pieces in the food. Sturdy handle and head. Only improvement would be the connection to be stronger, sometime head falls off with vigorous brushing.

Customer service was lacking had a problem with shopping site said they would check it and never heard anything else. Leaves impression that they only care about profits and not resolving invoice issues.

The product itself is very good, however the processing time of the order before shipping is kinda slow which was disappointing.

Broke mine on 3rd use by accident, and company replaced for free, great bunch of guys.

Experience is great so far. Brush clamp broke on first one but a replacement was sent immediately and it has worked great since!

I’ve had a grill rescue for several years now. Works great! I had a relative hospitalized after swallowing a metal bristle from a regular grill brush and I never want that to happen to my family! The latest model has a built in metal scraper so I purchased that replacement head this year to try it out. Works wonderfully! A little light scrape then use the cloth side after running it under water and all the remaining gunk steams right off. I’ll never use another type of grill brush. Love this so much I purchased a few for my friends so I know when we go to their homes for a summer bbq their grill is safe!

These cleaning heads do a great job! I have a traeger that I use regularly and these cleaning heads keep the grill looking great and thoroughly clean the grid so I’m ready for the next time. Very easy and quick to use!

I bought my husband a grill rescue bundle pack with 2 handles and 2 cleaning heads. He has had many different cleaning tools for his Big Green Egg grill and nothing can compare to the GRILL RESCUE! It is the cleanest and safest way to get the grate looking like new! I also purchased the Dunk Tank which holds the water to use for cleaning and HOW PERFECT is this?! My husband uses it often and we will be purchasing for gifts as well!

This product is awesome! Lasts an incredibly long time and works fantastic. A little bit of Dawn dishwashing liquid and some hot water cleans even the greasiest rescue scrubber up to use again. (And I am a messy griller)
