The Grill Rescue pads are the only thing I've used on my Charbroil Big Easy and Traeger for the past couple years.........I have no plans on changing my cleaning ways. I got a new order of replacement pads and unfortunately, one pad had a broken clip. I sent an email and within an hour or so, I got a response advising a new pad would be sent. Within 2 weeks, I did receive the replacement!

I wanted to get away from wire bristles brushes (for obvious reasons) but couldn't find anything that worked well. Pumice stones, nylon bristles and even onions! I finally broke down and got the grill rescue, don't waste your time and money like I did, get this amazing grill cleaning tool now!

Use it on screaming hot gas grill, before and after, and lasted a full year or more. Can't remember, but a long time. Finally replaced it and ordered a new 1 just to be sure I had a replacement in case business stops selling or something. Never want to go back to brushes again.

Cleaning heads last a long time. Early on I read a review that said they wear out after a few uses. Not true. My first head is still in use after at least 15 uses.

I was skeptical at first, only using water and this pad, but it works with ease,no hard scrubbing just dip your pad in water and rub lightly comes clean than throw the pad in the dishwasher and it’s clean, great product thanks !!!

We ordered our first Grill Rescue brush last Spring, and when our new grill finally needed cleaning, my husband tried it out loved it. But on the first use, the stitching on the front of the pad came loose and left a hole in the cover. He continued to use it, and I finally got around to contacting them this Spring about the problem we had. They totally replaced the pad and had it shipped and to us very quickly. I've tried a lot off grill cleaners...wire brushes, wooden scrapers, scotch brite and brillo pads etc. and nothing has come close to the clean grill grates I get with the Grill Rescue pad. I also don't have to worry about any metal wire shards in my food. Also, not to mention the ease of using it!

A good product that I would purchase again. I still use a wire brush for the gas grill when it gets really bad because I use a lot of marinades so stuff gets caked on good. Its not that the grill recuse cant handle it, I just dont want to beat up the pad so quickly if I dont need to (rather destroy a wire brush than this). After I get the big stuff off, I use the grill rescue to make it perfect. On the smoker, the grill recuse is awesome because I don't run the temperature high. It makes the grates brand new. I bought the 2 pack because I clean one while the other is in use. I'm also thinking about buying another so I can coat with oil to season the grates right before grilling

I have had mine for about 1 year. Use pretty regularly. I had washed the head once and was considering a second wash when I saw the auto-refresh offer at such a good deal I will just replace them every 4 months.
This product works fantastically for my ceramic coated PitBoss grates. If your grates are rusted out then not much is going to help them, but if they can be cleaned this tool does a great job of cleaning them.
